Couples & Relationship Counseling
For partners who want to find their way back to each other
Every relationship goes through hard seasons. When the same arguments keep happening, or there’s distance where there used to be closeness, it can be hard to know how to move forward on your own. We work with couples and partners in all kinds of relationship structures, including monogamous, polyamorous, and other consensually non-monogamous relationships. Sessions are available in Eugene and by telehealth across Oregon.
Common reasons partners reach out
- The same conflicts keep coming up without resolution
- Conversations turn into arguments, or stop happening at all
- Feeling emotionally distant or disconnected
- Concerns about trust or intimacy
- Navigating a big change, like a move, a new baby, or a shift in roles
- Different needs, expectations, or relationship agreements
- Wanting to strengthen a relationship before problems grow
Couples & Relationship Counseling
How we help
Your therapist will work with you to understand the patterns that keep you stuck, the cycles that play out when things get hard, and what each of you needs underneath them. Together, you’ll explore new ways to communicate needs, work through conflict, and think about what you want your connection to look like going forward.
Our therapists don’t take sides. The relationship itself is the focus, and every partner’s experience matters.

What sessions look like
Most sessions include all partners together, with occasional individual sessions when they’re helpful. You and your therapist agree on the format, guided by what will best support the work.
We also work with families. Family sessions may include working with parents of teens or meeting with family members separately, as agreed upon.
Sessions are available in person at our Eugene office or by secure telehealth anywhere in Oregon.
