Welcome,
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years’ experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma. I wholeheartedly believe in your innate ability to heal—and I’m here to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with your truest self.
My style is deeply collaborative and strengths-based, with a non-pathologizing lens that honors your resilience and unique story. I draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based therapies to gently explore the roots of long-held patterns—how past relationships and early experiences may still be shaping the way you feel, cope, and relate today.
Because healing isn’t only cognitive, I also use a nervous-system-based approach to support deeper, more lasting change. Depending on your needs, this may include EMDR or Somatic Experiencing to help your system feel more regulated, present, and resilient—so that insight can translate into real relief in daily life.
I warmly welcome LGBTQ+ individuals and have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients with care that is affirming and culturally responsive. Whoever you are, you deserve therapy that feels safe, human, and genuinely attuned.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me volunteering with a herd of six eclectic rescue horses—some of my greatest teachers on embodiment, presence, and what it means to build trust over time. I’m also a regular hiker on Eugene’s fantastic Ridgeline Trail (I truly never tire of it), and love lounging and lollygagging with all the little nearby-nature critters in my own backyard. Doing absolutely “nothing” is highly under-rated!
If you’re longing for more internal ease, self-trust, and emotional flexibility, I’d be honored to support you. Please note that I currently only have availability for online sessions
