I believe that each person is unique, resilient, and capable of growth. My approach to counseling is person-centered and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on creating a safe,
supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. I see counseling as a collaborative process, and I want you to feel comfortable bringing your whole self into the room.
I provide individual counseling for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, burnout, and other difficult experiences. I especially enjoy working with young adults and athletes, while welcoming clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.
While person-centered values guide my work, I incorporate approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT to meet each client’s unique needs. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, clarify what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to support
meaningful and lasting change.
I have a particular interest in working with athletes and understand that being an athlete is only one part of who you are. Whether you’re navigating performance pressure, confidence, burnout, injury, identity, relationships, or the transition between sport and life outside of it, I want
counseling to be a space where you can focus on yourself beyond the expectations that come with being an athlete.
Outside of counseling, you can usually find me with a coffee in hand, spending time near the water, or enjoying time with the people I love. I value connection, balance, and finding little moments of joy in everyday life, and I bring that same genuine, human approach into my work with clients.
