My approach is person-centered and integrates IFS parts work, attachment-focused
therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe healing isn’t always verbal, and I make space for emotions to move through in ways that feel authentic to each person, including through creative expression, such as working with clay.

Healing is shaped by the contexts in which we live, our relationships, and our lived
experiences. I believe it’s important to create space for the many parts of who we are
and how they influence our well-being. I recognize that healing doesn’t happen in
isolation and that the world around us can both support and challenge the process.

I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s inevitable changes and
challenges. Whether you’re grieving a loss, adjusting to a major life transition,
navigating the ups and downs of parenting, living with a chronic health condition, or
experiencing changes in your relationships, you don’t have to move through it alone. I
aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to make sense of your experiences at your own pace.

Outside the therapy office, I am a ceramic artist, a parent, and enjoy movement-based activities. My decolonizing practice is rooted in cultivating intentional relationships with place. Through land stewardship, crafting, and plant tending, I continue to explore ways of healing, creativity, and connection beyond dominant cultural frameworks. These practices inform how I show up in my work—with curiosity, humility, and a commitment to ongoing learning and reflection.
