You are the expert in your own life. Over the years, I’ve seen individuals, couples, and families, benefit from our work together by achieving the goals that they set. I’ve seen clients be able to build stronger relationships and/or bonds by learning or improving the ways in which they communicate. I’ve seen clients through difficult times, such as grief and loss, as well as times in which they thought should be happy, but didn’t feel fulfilled from their experience. After our work together, I’ve had clients report feeling “capable” and “clearer”, in terms of themselves and their relationships.
My theoretical approach has been derived from an education in Depth Psychology. My generalized framework utilizes a Rogerian Person-Centered approach, that focuses on the unconscious self and serves as a platform to resolve the uncertainty or instability that is creating the barriers to understanding or self-assurance.
Have you ever thought…”my kid won’t listen to me” or “I’m having trouble with a relationship”, or “I’m constantly stressed or anxious” or “I’m just not happy and I feel depressed”? Then, please, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask for help, even if it is with another provider. You deserve to be happy and to feel capable.

Everyone is capable of finding their own answers, their own path, and their own sense of self-worth within the labyrinth of their own life. I will be a guide that will support you in navigating those corners that are, at times, just out of our periphery and consciousness. In our counseling session, I may encourage more compassion or more responsibility towards oneself as well as an examination of your narratives that have formed throughout your life.
I utilize an eclectic and holistic approach that is catered to whatever needs arise which includes CBT, Attachment-based, Rogerian, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Trauma- Focused and the use of art and nature. Much of my experience is in helping to navigate life transitions and “stuckness”. I have many years of experience working with grief, trauma, anxiety and depression as well as supporting LGBTQ needs and awareness. I welcome all ages but specialize in working with teens through adults and serve both individuals and couples.

Emotional struggles can make it difficult to lead a fulfilling life. Whether you are grappling with past traumas, navigating relationship challenges, or seeking personal growth and self-empowerment, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and transformation.
As a therapist whose education and clinical approach is rooted in Psychodynamic and Depth Psychological methods, I view therapy as an opportunity for one to learn more about themselves and build resilience to better navigate the hurdles encountered in life.
Through the therapeutic process, I hope to support my patients to explore and understand how unconscious drives play out in their daily lives. Patients can gain insight, foster self-awareness, and cultivate meaningful change from within by exploring the underlying roots of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
What I hope to provide for my patients is a therapeutic relationship which can support in connecting them with their authentic self, and embracing a more profound sense of wholeness and well-being in their daily lives.
